There are many doors in our life, but people always confused from bad designs. When they want to use the doors, it does bring some trouble to people. I tried to find some method to solve this dilemma.
Regarding the design of the door, my focus is on how to make users no longer bother with the use of the door. First of all, I observed and analyzed the structure of the door, and then I focused on the user and the use of the environment, to make the design more humane, but also to make use more convenient and save time.

At first stage i looked around campus and my accommodation, i did take some photos, to think about how is doors work.
Indeed, I found many signs on the door, such as push and pull. people be guide how to operate. but blind people and tourist who can not speak english still confuse to that. But there are also a large number of doors without any indication. I often shaking door crazy in studio and my dormitory because I don't know exactly what to do. So, I want to change this situation to make life to easy and convenient.
At the same time, glass doors and opaque doors are not the same in design, need to consider the strength of the door, the installation of the handle, will further design specifications
In the opening direction of the door, I have a lot of things should to pay attention to. When I think about convenience, safety, feasibility, different people’s lifestyle habits also come along with this, the size of the door, one or two doors, the use and user of the door, they all will bring many unexpected changes to the design.
